Booking Policies
We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide the best possible service to all our clients.

Running Late:
Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early for their appointments. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Failure to notify us of your late arrival may result in the forfeiture of your appointment. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be automatically canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be charged the full amount of the appointment.

Deposits:
To secure your booking, a deposit is required. Payment of the deposit confirms your intent to attend the appointment and indicates your agreement with all booking policies. Deposits secure a specific date and time; if you need to cancel and rebook, a new deposit will be required.

Cancellations:
We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you do not provide at least 72 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This policy ensures we can offer the appointment slot to another client.

Refunds & Credit Notes:
Refunds are not available for client cancellations. This includes cancellations due to event changes, illness, adverse weather conditions, travel issues, or changes of mind. We do not issue credit notes for these situations.

Full refunds will only be issued if Elana cancels the appointment. In the event of a cancellation by Elana, we will contact you promptly to reschedule or process your refund.
